As an accredited EFTi practitioner, with 15 years of spiritual work including soul and inner child parts work, Lynette operates from the position that changing one’s circumstances begins by examining what is happening within You.

Having had to dismantle her own self-protective mechanisms and fears on many levels (spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, relational, and financial), Lynette teaches smart motivated women, who are ready to move forward, how to: step out of their obsessive over thinking minds, get un-stuck, make more empowering decisions, and take new actions..
