Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner
Hallo, I am Julia. I am passionate about helping people reclaim their authentic selves and their innate abilities to be and stay well. I have a particular interest in anxiety, having grown up with it, I understand it from the 'Inside"
I have a long career helping others become a better version of themselves whether in work or in life.
I have a B.A. (Hons) in French & German and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management along with Reiki II and EFT practitioner qualifications I and II. I am also a certified member of the Complementary Medical Association. While being a linguist with a background in retail management training might sound a bit odd for a therapist, actually it makes perfect sense for EFT which grew out of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) - the science of the complex interplay between our words and thoughts , and the brain. My deep understanding of the subtle nuances of language used by clients in session with me prepared me beautifully for understanding clients language when they are sharing with me messages from their body and their mind during the tapping process. Hopefully my reviews on Google my business speak for themselves - simply put EFT Stroud into your search engine.

These questions aim to firmly link both physical and emotional symptoms together in the mind of the client, the answers should hopefully provide the therapist with some high quality common themes to get the treatment process off to a flying start.
