For many years I use a combination of Advanced EFT therapy with hands-on body healing techniques from my Traditional Chinese medical training. I call this Integrated Energy Medicine. The body will always show what's happening in the mind. Often this is a Gut health issue. Traced back to a trauma which we can use EFT to clear. The body responds beautifully to this therapy model. I am passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve their best potential in mind, body and spirit. In my therapy clinic nr Malmesbury, Wiltshire I see and treat complex emotional distress and pain issues with EFT and advanced Gut health techniques. My sessions are unique and include an in-depth consultation from birth to the present day.
Zoom session with EFT , visualisation, energy techniques and trauma release can have a hugely positive effect on our Gut health showing that Gut issues can often be directly related to trauma.
I offer group sessions too. Primary school children up through to University students. Corporate lunch hours combining EFT with daily nutrition and energy hacks.
I teach EFT and Gut health drawing on Chinese ancient wisdom at my bespoke Wellness days all over the country and on retreats.
