I work in London, Bristol, Reading, Bath and Frome supporting individuals with start-ups or small businesses, or corporate teams in business performance related environments.

EFT is a a short-term, solution focused technique my clients are also able to take away with them as their own valuable self-help tool. I typically support those with limiting beliefs, blocks to success and phobias, as well as those with personal goals such as weight loss, or facing challenging life events or major change. I offer mentoring through aspects of personal career and business development goals.
