Anne-Marie Barrs

Hi, my name is Anne-Marie. I am a qualified counsellor and advanced EFT practitioner, based in Wolverhampton. I provide therapies for adults over Zoom or the telephone. (Please note I do not see clients from outside the UK). The therapies I practice are flexible and I can adapt them to fit you, rather than you having to fit the therapy. I chose to work in private practice because it enables me to see people much quicker and I can accommodate appointments at times to suit. Since 2007, I have worked with adults from all walks of life, in a variety of settings. These include a bereavement centre, GP surgeries, the NHS, counselling charities as well as private practice. I have worked with an array of issues. These include: abuse, anger management, anxiety, bereavement, body image, childhood issues, depression, divorce, grief, illness, loss, low self-esteem, midlife crisis, obsessive compulsive disorder, pain management, panic attacks, perfectionism, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship issues, sexual abuse, smoking cessation, trauma, work related stress. As well as being a member of EFT International, I am also a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
