Hello, I'm Anne

I’m an EFT Practitioner, Advanced Practitioner, Mentor and Master Trainer, and I work with people who would like to feel less overwhelmed by what they are carrying emotionally and more able to move forward.

My way of working is warm, gentle and practical. I won’t push you to talk about anything before you are ready, and you don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what the “real issue” is. We start with what is present for you and work at a pace that feels manageable.

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is also known as tapping. One of the things I particularly value about EFT is that it gives you something you can continue to use for yourself outside our sessions.

Individual sessions online

You may come to me because something specific has happened, because an old experience still has an emotional hold on you, or simply because you feel stuck and would like things to feel different.

I particularly work with:

• stress, anxiety and emotional overwhelm
• trauma and distressing memories
• grief, bereavement and loss
• the emotional impact of infertility and if relevant fertility treatment
• fears, self-doubt and confidence
• difficult life changes and transitions
• emotional distress associated with chronic pain
• work-related pressure, performance anxiety and feeling stuck

You don’t need to be familiar with EFT before coming to see me. I’ll guide you through the process, and we can adapt the work to what feels right for you.

Group EFT Tapping Circles

I also run small face-to-face EFT tapping groups for beginners and experienced tappers.

Group work can offer something different from an individual session. We can use Borrowing Benefits, where you tap along while another issue or a shared theme is being explored and may notice changes in your own emotional response.

You are never obliged to disclose what you are working on. You can participate quietly, retain your privacy and still be part of the shared focus of the group.

Infertility and fertility support

Infertility can bring a particularly intense mixture of emotions: hope, fear, grief, anger, jealousy, uncertainty, disappointment and the pressure of repeated appointments, decisions and waiting.

I offer individual EFT support as well as workshops and programmes specifically around the emotional experience of infertility and/or fertility treatment. My aim is not to tell you how you should feel, but to give you a gentle space in which to acknowledge and work with what is actually there.

Tailored corporate workshops

I design EFT workshops around the real challenges facing a particular team or organisation rather than offering a one-size-fits-all programme.

Depending on your objectives, sessions or workshops can focus on areas such as:

• managing stress and pressure
• emotional resilience
• confidence and performance
• communication and difficult conversations
• presentation and public-speaking nerves
• sales confidence and handling rejection
• motivation, procrastination and feeling stuck
• adapting to change
• reducing emotional reactivity in demanding situations
• helping people settle themselves before learning, training or high-pressure tasks

Workshops can be designed for a particular team, role, challenge or organisational goal.

Lunch & Learn sessions

For organisations wanting an accessible introduction to EFT, I offer shorter Lunch & Learn sessions.

These are practical, engaging sessions in which participants can experience tapping for themselves and leave with a simple technique they can use when they feel stressed, under pressure or emotionally activated.

They can also be tailored around a particular theme, such as stress, confidence, communication, change or performance.

Training and professional development

As an EFT Master Trainer and Mentor, I also train and support EFT practitioners who want to develop their skills and confidence in using EFT professionally.
