About Elizabeth:

Elizabeth is an Accredited Certified EFT Level 2 practitioner with training in Matrix Reimprinting EFT. Specializing in stress reduction for caregivers and aging, Elizabeth brings a 25+ year experience in individual health and wellness, community health and social gerontology. She is also interested in writing about EFT and other energy modalities, and in EFT research. At this time her practice is limited to pro bono cases related to caregiver stress.
