I am a Holistic Coach, EFT Practitioner and offer Matrix Reimprinting and Internal Family Systems work.
My passion is working with men and women around all types of unhealthy repetitive compulsive behaviors, I help to guide them in transforming their lives by addressing life challenges, allowing them to live in peace and contentment through self-awareness and connecting to their emotions and body. I have a passion for working with men especially and offer a safe supportive environment to help them transform their lives and live a full life of peace, joy and contentment. I personally have been in the business world for over thirty years working with Fortune 500 companies and have run a successful company. I have run triathlons, I am a rock climber, play guitar, practice yoga on a regular basis and enjoy an honest and passionate relationship with my partner Victoria. I have three grown children and a grandson that are also the joy of my life.
