I am a Holistic Recovery Coach and EFT Practitioner, offering Matrix Reimprinting and Parts Work to help individuals achieve transformative healing and growth. My passion lies in supporting men and women struggling with unhealthy, repetitive, and compulsive behaviors. I guide my clients in addressing life’s challenges, fostering self-awareness, and connecting with their emotions and bodies, empowering them to live in peace and contentment.

I create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore and transform their lives, paving the way for a fulfilling existence filled with joy, peace, and balance. With over 30 years in recovery myself, I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to my practice.

In addition to my coaching work, I have a rich background in the corporate world, having worked with Fortune 500 companies and successfully managed my own business. On a personal level, I’m a triathlete, rock climber, guitarist, and yoga enthusiast. I cherish my deep, honest relationship with my partner, Victoria, and take great joy in my family, including my three grown children, stepdaughter, and grandson.
