Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner
I work mainly with women experiencing anxiety, health anxiety, chronic pain and periods of personal transition.
I have particular experience working with people who feel anxiety strongly in the body, including those living with persistent pain or becoming increasingly fearful of physical symptoms.
My approach to EFT is somatic and intuitive, while also taking into account the family roles and relationship dynamics we learn early in life, especially when they later show up as people-pleasing, difficulty with boundaries and relationships.
Sessions are shaped around the individual and what comes up in the moment, without rushing the process or pushing towards a particular emotional outcome.
I also have experience supporting neurodivergent children within a UK school setting. I offer individual EFT sessions online.
