Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner
If you are reading this listing, you’ve very likely identified some “things” you need some help with, and you have a hunch that EFT might be the ticket. I’m glad you are here—well done. All kinds of things can be addressed with EFT. I added EFT to my practice, because I recognized that my clients were asking for more support in their mental-emotional lives and were not inclined to traditional talk therapy alone. They craved movement and change in their day-to-day, and they also needed a way to engage with their deeper pain and suffering. Most of all, they wanted something that would work, noticeably. Enter EFT.
I am a multi-passionate practitioner with over twenty years in holistic health and well-being. I am a writer, lover of nature, relentless walker and bike rider, small-scale grower of food and flowers, and student of inter-species communication, which essentially means I hug a lot of trees and enjoy the company of non-human animals. My spiritual life is based in nature and is devoted to practices from Buddhism, Christianity, Daoism, and Shamanism. I am inspired and fascinated by the mystics as well as non-ordinary states of consciousness.
I am clear and direct in my work, and I see all kinds of adults with various issues. I do not set goals or have agendas for your healing. Rather, we move at the pace and in the way that is most natural to you. I make it a priority to work experientially—which means less talking and more connecting to the lived experience—and to set up opportunities for you to Self-discover. Presence is a big part of the work. Mine to you; yours to yourself; and ours together. And, there is the very important matter of enjoying the process, which is certainly always my hope and intent, because healing can’t be all work and no play.
I offer a free 30-minute online consultation, with no obligation, but serious interest only please.
