Our attitudes, life patterns and how we handle stress determine our well being. I’m here to help you break out of those patterns and move towards a life of freedom and ease.

I’ve created a way to release emotional challenges and unblock energy pathways. It’s a pathway to find pure relaxation on your way to a new you.

Everyone has a light within that needs to be nurtured. I believe the most unselfish thing you can do is Look after yourself first!

I learned to take care of myself the way most people do. After reaching exhaustion! Years of working two careers and being exhausted, left me depleted emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Through years of study I found relief from the physical ailments of migraines, tension and being overwhelmed emotionally. I now want to share that gift with others who are suffering.

With energy therapy/counselling relief, which could include Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Yoga, Meditation, Mudras & Mantras and EFT Tapping, you will have the tools to become unstuck and find your beautiful true self.

I provide a powerful, yet gentle, approach to healing. The body naturally wants to heal itself and I will guide you to that place of self-healing. Along with deep relaxation and connecting with your true self, energy therapy promotes overall balance physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, while bringing about Peace and Calm.

As your body and mind changes, you’ll start to realize that Calm is Strength. From this place, you can take on anything.

MY TRAINING:
I have been a yogi since 2006 and have earned Reiki Master in the Usui tradition. It heartens me to practise and teach Reiki. I continue to do extensive studies while on this path supporting my passion for natural healing modalities.

My “energy” journey includes guiding Yoga Nidra, Divine Sleep (Kripalu Centre of Yoga & Health, Massachusetts) and inspiration from my teacher training in Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark (Semperviva Yoga Studios, Vancouver).

Gratitude goes to Maria Carr for the “Inspired Life” Yoga teacher training certification (Flowyoga, Port Perry, Ontario). I have also studied with Silver Age Yoga empowering seniors and Yoga for Osteoporosis.

In addition, I have completed EFT – Tapping, Emotional Freedom Technique Level 1 and Level 2 with Susan Bushell, AAMET accredited EFT Master. Trainer. I am an AAMET Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner
