Claudia Wood

Claudia Wood, EFT Tapping Academy’s graduate has completed the work to become an Accredited Advanced Certified EFT Practitioner with EFT International. Claudia lives in Michigan with her husband and enjoys her 3 adult sons and 5 grandchildren, when she’s not busy facilitating groups or working on her continuing education. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Central Michigan University in 1978 and worked at various jobs as a Pharmacy Tech, Bookkeeper, Secretary and in the At Risk program at the local high school, which gave her much satisfaction of helping struggling youth navigate some of the challenges they faced.
Claudia returned to get her master’s in counseling degree 25 years ago and had done individual counseling until she realized that God was calling her to facilitate groups. She has been a Bible Study Fellowship small group leader, Divorce Care Facilitator, Redemption Leader, among others, and most recently Grief Share Facilitator. Seeing people suffering through the most painful and traumatic events with little relief available for them, sent her seeking Christ-centered solutions that really worked. She happened upon Sherrie Rice Smith’s book EFT for Christians and found the EFT Academy’s Website, which led her to the Level 1 and Level 2 EFT courses. Having utilized EFT and Picture Tapping with some of the people from Grief Share, as practice clients, she saw amazing results as they were set free from the effects of the trauma they’d suffered and living with a whole new freedom for the first time in years.
Claudia completed the Tapping out of Trauma Course, Renewed Belief Tapping Technique and is finishing Picture Tapping Technique certification. Trauma, Grief and Emotional Pain are the areas she is feeling led to focus on with people in need of techniques which will genuinely help clear the trauma from their bodies to improve the quality of their lives and afford them true freedom.
