Growing up with a chiropractor as my primary doctor, I learned early on that the body is designed to heal itself. Later, studying computer science gave me a framework for understanding how systems work. This perspective deepened during four years of studying Chinese Medicine, where I saw how the body’s systems interact and support natural healing.
Years later, I discovered that we can access the body’s innate intelligence more directly through approaches like muscle testing. But it wasn’t until I found EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) that everything came together. EFT became the missing link—connecting brain chemistry, emotional patterns, and the often unspoken beliefs that shape our experience.
Over time, my work evolved further through my training in Clean Language. I began to notice that real change happens most powerfully when we use a client’s exact words, without interpretation or assumption. This led me to develop CleanEFT™, a way of working that gently combines EFT (“Tapping”) with precise, client-led questions.
In a CleanEFT™ session, we’re not analyzing or directing—we’re listening carefully, reflecting what’s there, and allowing the system to shift in its own way. This approach aligns deeply with my belief that healing is not something we impose, but something we allow—by clearing what’s in the way.
For me, this work sits at the intersection of body, mind, and spirit. When those internal blockages begin to release, the system naturally returns to balance—just as it was designed, and as it was Created.
