Born and educated in the UK, I worked in Bristol for 10 years before moving to Kenya to work on a two year contract as a Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
After 20+ years transforming organisation structures and processes from the inside out, I retrained as a Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, EFT (tapping) Practitioner, Advanced Core Transformation Practitioner and a Havening Practitioner.
Now I live in Wales and continue to assist people from all over the world to change their outlook and improve their mental health (overcome trauma / depression / anxiety, phobias such as spiders, fear of public speaking etc) as well as enhancing their capabilities (eg presentation or interview skills), solve business problems (eg how to define the corporate strategy or improve team work)..
