About Gail:
Gail received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 2001 and a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Washington in 2021. She brings 47 years of experience in health and wellness—spanning naturopathy, exercise science, biofeedback, mindfulness, health coaching, and gerontology.
After using EFT to navigate my own personal transformations over two decades ago, I brought it into my practice to help patients move through their deepest "stuck" places. Today, EFT is the heart of my work. I have completed Advanced Level 3 training and remain deeply devoted to helping others find stillness, balance, rootedness, and ease.
