EFT practitioner bringing to clients a strong analytical and curious mind, developed through decades of practicing the law, empathy, and a deep interest in all aspects of the human experience. Having tried the modalities I practice for resolution of my own issues, I believe that while we all can heal ourselves, help from a therapist sometimes cannot be avoided and may make that healing journey easier, quicker, and perhaps more interesting. I hope to be of service to those of you that want to try the wonders of EFT.
My intervention: Based on my clients' story and goals, I tailor-made an intervention, which can involve one or several sessions. This means I may use one or more modalities, for example EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) alone or NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques with hypnotherapy. IET (Integrated Energy Techniques) is an integrated modality that combines EFT, NLP techniques and hypnotherapy. I would normally use IET for the clients that are looking to do deeper work over a longer period of time.
My main areas of interest: I work with anxiety, stress, anger, fears (including phobias) and other mood-disturbances. I am particularly interested in dealing with trauma and issues related to weight loss and self-image and the addictions that often pair with these issues.
Please note that for the time being I only work with adults (18+) and practice after 5 pm during the week and over the week-end. I offer sessions virtually and live in west London (closer to me: w14, w6, w11, w8, SW5, SW7).
