I work online with women all over the world who’ve been worn down by life’s pressures—those who struggle with anxiety, burnout, grief, or the lingering effects of past traumas.

I work 1:1 with clients in my Remedy Sessions where I offer both EFT Tapping and Reiki Healing for profound transformation and change. I also run a monthly womens Tapping Circle - Connect & Clear.
