With over 10 years of experience, I support clients in overcoming emotional stress, anxiety, and the feeling of not being “good enough”—even when life looks successful on the outside.

I am an accredited advanced EFT practitioner, Matrix Reimprinting practitioner, an ICF-certified coach, and hold a post-graduate diploma in counselling psychology. This allows me to work at both the emotional and cognitive levels—helping clients not only feel better, but create meaningful shifts in how they think, feel, and show up in their lives.

My approach blends Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with coaching and counselling principles in a way that is both structured and intuitive. Together, we gently uncover and release the root causes behind recurring patterns—often linked to past experiences and subconscious beliefs—so that clients can move from self-criticism to greater self-trust, calm, and confidence.
I also work with solopreneurs to clear limiting money beliefs and imposter syndrome, supporting them to grow their work with more ease and alignment. Many clients notice shifts not just emotionally, but in the results they begin to create.
As a mother of two, I understand the realities of balancing multiple roles. I support clients through burnout, performance anxiety, and relationship challenges—helping them feel more grounded, resilient, and at ease in both their personal and professional lives.
