Falguni Mather

As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist working with somatic approaches, I incorporate EFT extensively in my practice. I specialise in trauma (CPTSD, PTSD, acute), anxiety, and chronic pain, while also addressing issues such as panic attacks, performance challenges, grief, personal crises, and career transitions.

My trauma-informed practice is built on the principles of empowerment and resilience, aiming to help clients not only notice and address the effects of trauma but to foster long-term healing. I strive to create a culturally sensitive and safe space that encourages trust and openness.

Apart from offering online and in-person EFT Training, I conduct courses for EFT Practitioners, workshops on Emotional Health and lead regular Tapping groups online. I’m available for private sessions both in person in Hong Kong and online internationally.

Originally from India, I've lived in diverse cities like Singapore, London, and Istanbul. I have two amazing children who are a constant source of inspiration to me. I live in the beautiful city of Hong Kong, where I have lived and worked since 2004.
