EFT opened doors for my personal healing that I could not have imagined when I started my healing journey in the late 1990s. All my energy focused on fixing what I thought was broken in me - and that was a LOT! My life was focused on getting through the day juggling my decades-long relationship with type I diabetes and the various health challenges it brings. Studying nutrition was my first attempt to find perfection in my daily self care - I truly believed that if I knew the perfect diet, I would be in perfect health! And I DID experience improvements, but not what I expected. So I looked to energy work, like Reiki and other hands-on healing techniques to seek perfection. And again, I had some wonderful shifts. But I was still a victim of whatever emotional 'weather' was blowing.

EFT allowed me to find much deeper healing. I finally understood I was NOT broken. I was simply carrying a bunch of mistaken and limiting beliefs and patterns that kept me stuck. EFT helped me to reduce stress and find calm in my daily life. And from that place, I found the courage and clarity to explore the limiting patterns and beliefs that kept me locked in victim mode. EFT has helped me find clarity, courage, and creativity. It has helped me to build a more resilient nervous system, and this, in turn has helped me experience more robust health and a more compassionate and supportive relationship with myself and my life. I am deeply grateful for this journey and decided to share EFT with others in 2018. Since then I have become an Accredited, Advanced EFT Practitioner and recently have added Havening Techniques to my toolbox in 2022.
