I’m Hilary — a fully qualified hypnotherapist, life coach, and EFT practitioner based in Newtownabbey,
Northern Ireland, working both in person and online with clients from all over the world.
With over 30 years’ experience as a nurse before retraining in hypnotherapy and coaching, I bring deep compassion, understanding, and practical wisdom to every session. My approach is gentle yet powerful, helping people find calm, clarity, and confidence even in the most difficult of times.
