With more than 30 years in healthcare administration—including roles at Baylor College of Medicine and FinThrive—I am a seasoned developer and instructor of educational content nationwide. My passion for healing reignited in 2018 after experiencing energy medicine’s benefits firsthand, leading me to become an Advanced Practitioner and Authorized Teacher through the Eden Method, a Fifth Dimension Usui Reiki Master, and an Accredited Certified EFT practitioner. Shaped by a history of childhood neglect and trauma, I hold a deep commitment to personal empowerment, especially for women. I believe that energetic collaboration can lead to profound healing for ourselves, our loved ones, and the world. I am passionate about supporting persons to activate their inner wisdom, transforming lived experience into sustainable vitality and wholeness.
