I specialize in EFT – teaching it and helping people make positive personal changes. For years I had a low opinion of myself, and this attitude reflected poorly in my health and relationships. Lucky for me and those around me, EFT has been there to help – and continues to be – in so many surprising and quantifiable ways. Since I began "tapping" in 2005, I'm a happier, healthier person, and like how I show up for myself and for other people in my life.
