About Jane:

I’m an Integrated Psychodynamic Counsellor and have qualifications in a variety of different therapies, including: Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, which included modalities in CBT, Gestalt and Person Centred Therapy, a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Distinction, a Diploma in NLP and ILM, Level 7- Life and Business Coaching. Mindfulness, EFT levels 1, 2 & 3 and MBIR. I also offer training.
