Here is what one client had to say: “It's 3 years since I first used EFT and found it really effective. After some significant events in the past year I needed a little something to help get me back on the right track. I was offered counselling this time as well as EFT. I knew which one of the two was going to benefit me the the most and be something I could use long after the sessions ended - it was EFT. The same week as I had my 1st session my partner asked me what had made me so happy and my colleagues and family had also noticed a difference in me. I could talk without crying, look into the future and most of all be positive. I began to smile again. A big part of how successful this is is down to Janet the practitioner. She is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and very passionate about her job. She made me feel at ease and comfortable from the very first time I met her. EFT is a "tool" that is carried with me wherever I go and I can use it whenever I need it. I have been open to people about using EFT and would recommend it to anyone who is in need of a little help and is willing to try something a little different.” CF - Special Needs Teaching Assistant
