About Karen:

I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse with 37 years of experience in the National Health Service working in the field of mental health. I successfully obtained a MSc. in Therapeutic Practice for Psychological Trauma in 2020 and a MA in Mental Health in 2004. I have a Diploma in Professional Practice and a Diploma in Management. My clinical practice focuses on treating people who are experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and individual emotional challenges. I have been using EFT since 2004 personally and professionally with excellent results.
