About Katarzyna:

As an EFT & Matrix Reimprinting practitioner specialising in suicide awareness, I'm here to guide you in confronting your fears when it comes to discussing this sensitive topic. My personal experience allows me to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for you. Together, we'll take a moment to explore your personal triggers and consider whether there might be a stigma attached to this subject. These triggers could be rooted in personal experiences or family history that have often remained unspoken. it's important to recognise the profound ripple effect that suicide has on the lives of those left behind. The pain and grief extend far beyond the individual affected, impacting families, friends, and communities. Suicide concerns all of us, and my mission is to empower you with the skills and compassion needed for open, understanding conversations.
