About Rachel:

I am Nehiyaw/Metis from Beardy's & Okemasis First Nation in Saskatchewan, Canada. I am a mother of 2 amazing daughters with over 12 years of educational experience (B.Ed), and 7 years of practicing EFT. I am a Workshop Facilitator, Certified Master Coach, & Accredited Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner with EFT International. Aside from credentials, I have life experiences with abandonment, abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, addiction, domestic violence. I love guiding others on creating more peace, joy and well-being in their lives.
