I am a mental health nurse with 35 years of counselling experience. I am well versed in the world of mental health and therapy which is very helpful when offering EFT to people. I have been going through a lot of challenges this past year and tapping has helped me immensely in navigating them. Limiting beliefs are always at play when making important changes in life. As I near retirement from my day job, I wasn't sure of what my next thing would be but I am now half way through my teacher training to become a yoga instructor and I soon will be embarking on a new journey. Mental health will always be my passion but I want to bring it into a new realm that feels less institutional and more intuitive and natural. Tapping has helped me bring my vision into focus and it can do the same for you.
