I’m an Advanced Certified EFT Practitioner, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, HeartHealing™ Practitioner and Transformational Coach. I work with individuals, business owners and leaders, helping them address the emotional patterns, beliefs and experiences that can affect how they feel, think and respond.

In my private practice, I support people who may be experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm, grief, low confidence, people-pleasing or patterns that continue to affect their lives. EFT can be particularly helpful when you understand something intellectually but still find yourself reacting in the same way.

I combine EFT with Matrix Reimprinting and other complementary approaches, tailoring the work to each individual. My approach is practical, compassionate and focused on helping you feel more at ease, develop greater emotional freedom and have more choice in how you respond.

Alongside my private practice, I also work with business owners, leaders and organisations. I spent 17 years building and running a successful recruitment consultancy, so I understand first-hand the pressures that come with leadership, growth, responsibility and running a business.

I now bring together my experience in business and leadership with my work in emotional wellbeing, supporting people to address the human factors that can influence confidence, relationships, leadership and sustainable success.

I work with clients online and also offer coaching and consultancy for businesses and organisations.
