Lauren is an Integrative Energy Practitioner, specializing in EFT/ Tapping for stress, anxiety, and trauma. She guides her clients on a journey of self healing. Lauren fully believes we all have the answers within, sometimes we just need a little help accessing them.

EFT, yoga, and reiki have profoundly changed her life. After learning that her husband was being deployed for 13 months with the U.S. Navy, she turned to yoga and meditation as a way of coping with all the stress. After joining a local yoga studio, she was introduced to the healing benefits of EFT and reiki. The peace and healing she experienced got her hooked on learning everything she possibly could about these healing modalities.
During one of the most difficult times of her life, she was able to focus inward and discover truths about herself she never knew were there. During this journey of self-discovery she combined her 15+ years experience in the world of marketing with her passion for wellness and launched Mindshift With Lauren.
Lauren believes she's been divinely guided on this path to practice EFT, coaching, and energy healing. It is an honor to share this life changing work in the community.
