Loretta Langille is a Big Dream Coach, EFT Practitioner, Professional Certified Coach, Certified Executive Coach, Yoga Teacher & wellness guide at True Healing Ocean Retreat on the lovely Vancouver Island in Canada (where she hosts year-round solo and 2 person rejuvenating and coaching retreats).

I love supporting my clients with their dreams, big or small. The journey to creating and refining our dreams can present with many fears, emotional blocks and self-doubts, and I get it... I've been on this journey for many years myself, having made some significant leaps of faith such as leaving a career to pursue my passions, moving across the country, building a retreat on bare land out of a vision I had while meditating. I have been coaching professionally since 2016 and using EFT almost as long. My clients say our sessions allow them to feel more: confident, grounded/calm, clear, empowered to take aligned action steps while feeling supported in their nervous system. They have achieved incredible things and discovered ways to thrive doing work they love! I believe there are some of us who get a calling, a vision for something more, and it creates a drive within us that can move mountains. However, this journey often comes with obstacles...the biggest one often is ourselves/our limiting beliefs etc and that's where I come in...supporting you to shine your light, create authentically and refine your dream so it continues to align with you as you evolve.
