She is an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner. She uses EFT tapping to support a gentle and compassionate process to address and often eliminate what is getting in the way of lasting joy, independence, and success. She approaches her work with a holistic lense, being curious, exploring and addressing the essential connections of a person's mind, body, and beyond as they come to know and accept their most authentic self, as well as the self in relation to others and the world/universe. She recognizes that although her interventions may appear simple, most people and the reasons they seek her care are complex. Many who seek her services have either not found success with other clinicians and were referred for her specialties and experience or find her offerings to truly resonate with them. If you are reading this, it may be no accident that you are still reading.
Lisa values helping clients examine what has them stuck, remove false beliefs and eliminate self-sabotaging behavioral patterns. She also strives to teach tools and skills that will support long term success beyond therapy. She envisions therapy as a stepping stone in life to assist others to become more self-compassionate, self-sufficient and self-reliant.
