About Lynette:
I am a certified counsellor with a back
ground in Social Work. I have 20 years of professional experience supporting individuals with a variety of mental health and wellness needs.
I believe that counselling is a safe place for individuals to be heard and to explore their strengths and goals thereby working to establish positive changes in their lives. I work collaboratively to identify healthy coping and solution-oriented pathways to help you reach your goals.
I use a number of different modalities including EFT - emotional freedom tapping to address concerns with anxiety, depression, fears/phobias, grief, trauma and other areas affecting your life.
