Accredited Certified EFT Master Trainer of Trainers
*** Please note that at the moment I am not able to accept new clients, and I run very few open EFT courses. However I may have a space available for a new supervisee, and I can be available to deliver in-house training for organisations and groups.***
I specialise in working with trauma, addictions, anxiety, pain management, insomnia and other issues. I combine my EFT skills with those of psychotherapy, NLP, EMDR, Sandplay Therapy and various holistic approaches, to tailor the treatment to the individual. I have completed a MSc degree in Therapeutic Practice in Psychological Trauma with the University of Chester, where my research project was focused on the use of EFT as a self-care tool by trauma therapists, which was the subject of my presentations at both the EFT Gathering and the AAMET post-conference research symposium in 2017.
I teach EFTi/AAMET certified EFT courses in English and Russian in several countries in Europe and Asia, and have developed a specialised training programme on EFT applications for addiction treatment and eating disorders. I regularly give talks and presentations at various conferences and symposia in the UK and abroad - I was one of the speakers at the EFT Gathering 2010 and 2015 and was on the Discussion Panel and ran a post-conference workshop on addictions/eating disorders at the EFT Gathering 2012.
In the UK I mostly deliver in-house EFT trainings for organisations, including NHS, counselling services, addiction and eating disorder treatment centres etc. I also travel regularly to teach EFT in Europe in Asia, and have taught in a wide range of countries such as Russia, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, Israel, Slovenia, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka. I offer Supervision to EFT Practitioners, Hypnotherapists, Psychotherapists and Counsellors, individually and in groups. See the webpage on my site dedicated to EFT supervision, where you can find useful information and links to essential resources http://www.practicalhappiness.co.uk/pages/eft-supervision.php.

“For me, EFT is a wonderful psychotherapeutic and personal development tool …however we must not forget the potential value of this approach as an ’emergency first aid’ in a wide range of situations. Many of my students and colleagues report numerous cases of how they have used EFT in a crisis…”Read More
“While helping a client to meet and communicate with their own Personality Parts can be successfully done through talk therapy alone, I find that adding EFT to this approach significantly enhances and speeds up the process of alignment and internal peace-making.”Read More
