Women come to me when they need relief from constant work overwhelm or burnout, not being able to say no, and when they feel they're not good enough. Women often also feel if they don't change something soon then their relationships or health will seriously suffer.
My 5 years of EFT practice builds on my 10 years in the corporate and government sectors, and almost 20 years in Australian universities as a social-health researcher working for women's empowerment. My past health research includes talking to women about experiences of balancing work and motherhood.

This article describes my experience of successfully using tapping to reduce shock, fear, pain, fatigue and other emotions related to having treatment for pre-cancerous skin treatment. Tapping helped at four stages: initial diagnosis, fears before the treatment, calming me during the treatment, and coping better with the recovery. I offer this story in the hope that if you, or someone you know or are supporting, are facing this type of treatment, you can reflect on what parts of the experience could benefit from tapping.
