About Penelope:
I am an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner. I have years of experience in emotional freedom techniques and a deep commitment to helping individuals unlock their potential for healing and growth. My approach is tailored to help you achieve calmness and peace in your body and mind, ensuring you are equipped with the tools you need for lasting change.
I have used EFT “tapping” to help many clients learn this powerful technique intended to help them achieve their goals in these areas and have a more peaceful and calm body. This technique is one that we do together, but ultimately, you can do it for yourself, thereby reducing the stress in all these areas of your life.
