Following a career in the corporate world, I then had my ah-ha moment, realising my real love lay in connecting with people. So, I stepped out of my stuffy office and founded a Training and Coaching Consultancy. Since then, I've accumulated a wealth of invaluable experience, assisting individuals from all walks of life, including those facing life threatening crises, through my former work with the Counselling Charity SHOUT.

Over the years, I've focussed on helping people overcome pain and adversity, both physically and mentally, and I am committed to helping individuals let go of their past, change their present and confidently own their future.

I especially love Training others to learn how to use EFT both for themselves and as professionals who want another skill in their Toolbox that they can use and teach their clients too. EFT is not only a fantastic proven technique to use on its own, but it also works well with other techniques.

From experience, I know that EFT can transform the way we live our lives. Which means, I can honestly say that when you really go for it, EFT, Hypnotherapy & NLP can all work for you too.”

I live in the SE of England with my husband and 3 cats – don’t ask! At home, I'm an outdoorsy jean wearing kind of person, loving fresh sea air and a long walk.

I am also honoured to be a Trustee for EFT International.
