About RAMINDER:

I stepped into the world of energy healing in 2005 by getting initiated for Reiki. Loved it and gradually started taking further steps with Reiki, Magnified Healing, Vipassana etc.
Started tapping on myself in 2011. Since then I have seen miracles in my life many times. EFT is my love because it does not tells us to start with thinking positive. We are given the space to accept our negative thoughts. And that does the magic. I love seeing the magic happening in my clients' lives as well.

“I’m an Idiot” Belief and the Shift with EFT Tapping

Woman covering her face illustrating article on "I am an idiot" belief

A client held a lifelong belief that “being an idiot” carried unbearable costs — traced back to a moment at a family wedding where a small social misstep drew her mother’s disapproval. Through tapping, she uncovered that the judgment wasn’t really her own, but her mother’s voice internalized so early that she’d been pre-emptively judging herself for decades. By the session’s end, she could hold the word “idiot” without flinching, recognizing that a mistake made without ill intent doesn’t deserve a lifelong verdict.

Two people holding hands illustrating article on EFT for relationships

This article outlines an EFT case study of a 35-year-old homeopath who used tapping to overcome deep-seated childhood fears and limiting beliefs surrounding relationships. Through multiple sessions, she released emotional blocks that were hindering her from finding a partner, leading to profound cognitive shifts and a renewed sense of optimism. Ultimately, she not only felt empowered to pursue marriage but also experienced the generalization effect of EFT by successfully resuming her homeopathy practice and personal hobbies.
