My psychotherapy / counselling philosophy:
As an Integrative psychotherapist using EFT in my practice, I have always been interested in what works best for people and this has influenced my work, in that I attempt to create a unique therapy with each client, that utilises their strengths and can help them to achieve their goals. It is my belief that this can only be achieved through a special kind of relationship built on trust that exists within a safe therapeutic space and it is my job to facilitate this for my clients.
