About me. I am a LCSW, bringing EFT into mainstream mental health facilities. I am living my dream training psychotherapists and others in the USA on how to begin to bring EFT into their practice for working with anxiety and pain. I train nationally for Pesi training organization, training about 125 psychotherapists a month, and will double that in March. See my website at RobinEFT.net for dates and times. I am a licensed clinical social worker using EFT as an Employee Assistance Program Counselor (EAP) in a Regional Trauma Hospital and in private practice in Mount Laurel, NJ USA. (near Philadelphia). I work with clients in person, in training and via zoom or facetime. The Emotional Freedom Techniques are my passion and I have been successful in bringing them into mainstream mental health treatment in New Jersey, USA. For the past 14 years I utilize EFT in a Regional Trauma Hospital and medical school as therapist to the staff and several community first responders, primarily for anxiety, new traumatic incidents and pain. Further, I lecture frequently on EFT as a stress management tool and train other clinicians on a much deeper level of EFT use. Previously I brought EFT into a Community Mental Health Center, employed there and training others in these techniques for 5 years. I authored 'amazon Best Seller Tapping the Mighty Mind: Simple Solutions for Stress, Conflict and Pain. I am trained in EFT levels 1,2,3, plus I have trained others in EFT levels 1 & 2. My EFT lectures have granted Continuing Education credits to these licenses professionals - LCSW, RN, LMFT, LPC, Drug and Alcohol Counselors, CEAP, and MD and DO. I have trained about a 1000 people or more in various professional and community settings. I am a Diplomate in Clinical Energy Psychology from ACEP. I often wonder if I have used EFT more than anyone, as I use it with 25 clients a week for the past 22 years of my 30 years in clinical practice. My clients obtain unbelievable relief with EFT for all forms of anxiety (phobias, generalized anxiety, OCD, new traumatic incidents and PTSD), anger, depression as well as most issues in life. I also use some of Donna Edens methods and am trained in EMDR and HAT (another Energy Psychology wonderful tool. will be organizing training in the near future.
