Ronni Umles

Ronni is an NYC based psychotherapist and certified EFT coach. The focus of her work is to teach her clients the tools to empower themselves to initiate change to live more authentically. She is experienced in navigating relationship issues, codependency, complex family dynamics, inner child and shadow work, spirituality, existentialism, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and psychedelic integration. In practice she utilizes several approaches including embodiment and emotional awareness practices, emotional freedom technique, mindfulness, breath work, spirituality, visual journeys, parts work, and integration/harm reduction.

Ronni derives her eclectic background from years of personal and professional exploration of the self through radical free expression. Her goal is to support her clients find fulfillment and change by identifying their own inner healer.
