Sarah Beatrice

Hello, my name is Sarah, and I am an Accredited EFT Practitioner based in Keynsham, near both Bristol & Bath. I work with adults and young people online and in-person.
Inspired by my own positive experiences with EFT, I trained to help others achieve meaningful change. I feel privileged to support clients as they find clarity and emotional freedom from long-held difficulties.
My calm, supportive, and non-judgmental approach is informed by formal training, personal EFT experiences, and continuous practice, ensuring safe and authentic work with clients.
When not working or studying, I can usually be found outdoors, exploring the local countryside, listening to podcasts or ferrying my two teenage children around. También hablo Español!
