I've been there throughout my career; working long hours, trying to fulfill unrealistic corporate expectations, experiencing a sense of financial lack, imposter syndrome, and 'seeing' my career dream, but holding myself back from moving toward my vision. EFT helped me…..and it can help you.

I was first introduced to EFT as a School Based Therapist. I immediately saw the value of it and did my best to bring it to my young clients as a tool to help them alleviate their emotional distress related to school expectations and family/community stressors. Eventually, I trained through the Tapping Training Institute with Alina Frank and Craig Weiner to become an Accredited, Certified EFT practitioner. Over the course of my mentorship, I started an online private practice to shift my focus and provide care to adults who are ready to work through their childhood trauma. EFT has been an incredible tool to help guide my clients through that process in a safe and effective manner.

My background as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor for almost 15 years includes community mental health, crisis counseling, school based therapy, and family support/interventions. I have also trained in over 500hrs of Certified Yoga Training and instructed various yoga classes for over ten years. In addition to this, I’m trained in Matrix Reimprinting.

The combined studies of psychotherapy, yoga, and tapping has given me the tools to find, within myself, a sense of acceptance and peace for the person I am today and to continue to strive to my fullest potential in my career. I am passionate about helping others connect with the best version they see for themselves personally and professionally.
