Tammy Ockerse

As a therapist, my intention is to listen, hear and support you in your journey with compassion and kindness. I have the personal experience of major life disruption, following a brain injury as a young woman which left me with a disability and a loss of self. I believe my life experience, coupled with my training and work in mental health as an Occupational Therapist has given me insight into a life interrupted, and a resilience and passion to make lemonade out of lemons.

EFT is a modality I have used to heal my own negative belief patterns and manage my depression and anxiety that have resulted from my own past hurts beliefs and traumas. My passion is to help you hold hope while we navigate through your path of suffering to a new place of confidence, self-love, and happiness.

I am married with three adult children. From my birth land Zimbabwe, we have worked against adversity in South Africa to build a business that enabled us to relocate to our adopted home of New Zealand. It’s ok to dream, life is full of possibilities.
