Coping with Cancer holistically
I embrace women in difficult situations – cancer, loss, hopelessness, chronic disease, physical and emotional pain – and teach them how to find peace and joy through self-love and self-acceptance. Over the last 5 years I have worked mainly with cancer patients and the wide range of challenges they face.

Since 2017, I have worked as EFT Therapist for the Mulberry Centre at West Middlesex Hospital, and the Breast Cancer Haven in London. I help women recover from the trauma of the cancer diagnosis, release fear and anxiety, manage the side effects of treatments (hot flushes, neuropathy, nausea etc), accept physical changes, and move on after cancer to find their "new normal".
In addition to individual therapy sessions, I run workshops and classes where I teach self-help tools and resilience building.
I teach EFT to health professionals and run EFTi Accredited EFT Practitioner training courses.
