Often when a client comes to see us they have been storing things up inside themselves so much that they need to be given an opportunity to release this pressure valve before they can settle and engage in the session. This is the way I approach this situation.

Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner
Hi I’m Julie Jules and it’s lovely to meet you!
In December 2025 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a mastectomy in January 2026. My EFT Tapping toolkit helped me manage the stressful situation in a calm and controlled manner. I looked on my breast cancer journey with curiosity which helped reduce my anxiety. I am aware that much of the focus, when you have this diagnosis, is on the physical side. It's a bit like being onboard an express train - lots of appointments, scans and operations, The treatment plans can include radiotherapy, chemotherapy and hormone therapy. There is a lot of emotional and mental stress that occurs, which seems to be ignored. You often don't want to talk to your friends and family about how you are REALLY feeling as you feel it will worry and upset them, so it is normal to repress those emotions. The sad thing is that this often makes your situation much worse.!
I offer a non-judgemental, safe place where you can be YOU! You don't need to wear any "masks" and pretend everything is OK.
My journey to becoming an EFT practitioner began with my first-hand experience of what this weird-looking, but wonderful modality can do!
10 years ago I had a deep “mental breakdown”. I was a strong, independent and capable woman but knew that I needed to have professional help to get me through this crisis. My therapist introduced me to EFT as the main part of my treatment plan. I was a sceptic. How can tapping on parts of the body and chatting help me? However, I was willing to try anything to make me feel better!
I am delighted to say that I was proven wrong! Not only did I survive my breakdown, but I am now thriving, thanks to EFT, which helped me rebuild my life.
I wanted to help and support others in the same way I was. Witnessing the transformative change in so many lives is both humbling and joyous. 😊
My approach to EFT is quiet and gentle, providing a safe space for you to express yourself freely. I am a good listener, I am kind and patient,
My approach is personalised and compassionate, focusing on each client's unique needs and goals.
All are welcome here! One of my clients, Annie J, remarked, “I leave each session feeling seen, relieved, and ready to move forward.”
EFT is truly brilliant and can be applied to “everything and anything”!
However, my speciality lies in helping individuals with breast cancer and to walk alongside them on their individual journey helping them to find peace and calm in one of the most stressful times of their lives.
While I primarily work online, I am happy to offer face-to-face sessions if you live in Crediton.
I also offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation, so you to meet me and ask any questions you may have.
Thank you for considering joining this life-changing journey with me.
