Teresa "Tee" Dayā,

Teresa "Tee" Dayā, is a retired investigator with the United States Air Force holding a M.A. in Criminal Justice and M.S. in Sports and Exercise Science. In addition to being a certified EFT practitioner, Teresa is also a Certified Auricular Therapist, Certified Biofeedback Practitioner, and Heartmath Certified Coach. In 2020, Teresa was part of an Amazon bestseller military women anthology book called Behind the Ranks, Vol 3 where she opened up about her darkest moments after leaving service to hopefully help dismantle the stigmas around mental health treatment and inspire others to seek it if they needed help.
Each of these modalities have been instrumental in my own healing journey which began once leaving the Air Force. I felt lost and without an identity. Like many military and law enforcement veterans, I suffered from severe trauma and fear that played out in my life every day. EFT and HeartMath especially helped me in being able to finally release many negative emotions and bring in the wisdom of my Heart. EFT showed me we do not have to stay stuck. Everyone deserves to feel Joy, and we as a Collective, all benefit. I hope to continue to share these tools with others as we all continue on our healing journey. Through many direct and indirect life experiences I am able to relate to many people no matter their background, pain is pain. My mission is to spread Love and share self-empowering tools for those who are on a healing journey looking to fill up their healing toolbox. I firmly know Love is the Healer and the Healer is You.
