Tessa Wolfe

Accredited Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner
I am passionate about using EFT with clients (and of course on myself) to help with a wide range of issues including trauma, grief, loss, self-esteem, stress, and anxiety. Throughout my life I have had extensive experience of coping with trauma including grief, dealing with family members’ serious health, and mental health, issues, and the impact that this can have on those around them. I’m also no stranger to a wide range of self-sabotaging behaviours (procrastination, perfectionism, playing small and drug/alcohol-related sabotage to name a few). Whilst going through these experiences can be hugely painful at the time, surviving them has led me to thrive supporting others to free themselves from their own limiting beliefs, emotions, and behaviours. I feel grateful to be able to bring my learnings from these challenges and use them in a productive way when working with clients.
These traumas are, of course, what ultimately led me to EFT to support my own wellbeing and this quickly also turned into a desire to help others to empower themselves using this transformative and at times truly magical-feeling technique. Once I discovered EFT, I knew this was what I’d been waiting for in my life and I feel driven to share this enthusiasm for, and raise awareness of, tapping so that others can learn to take control of their own emotions and fulfil their potentials. I often think that if only I’d known about EFT a lot sooner, life could have been very different.
Particular areas of experience in addition to the above:
Secondary school education (mainstream and SEN), specialising in SEN and, autism, in particular, in 11-18 year-olds. I have also worked closely with parents of students with autism to offer them guidance when requested.
Performance (TV, theatre, and voiceover): I’m very familiar with the world of entertainment and performance along with the anxiety and the self-esteem issues which can often arise when working in this rewarding and demanding industry. I love working with performers to help them to realise their potential and discover EFT as a tool that could transform their approach to both auditions, performances, and the uncertainty of a performer’s life.
