Hello, I am Tina from EFT 4 Calm Kids. With over fourteen years’ experience in education, my passion is to use EFT to help children overcome trauma, anxieties and negative emotions that can sometimes be caused, by Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES). I believe that by teaching children to ‘tap,’ they are supported to thrive at home and in the learning environment and reach their full potential. It always amazes me how quickly children learn EFT and can utilise this magical tool to help them deal with everyday stresses and upsets.
I also love to use surrogate tapping with parents of anxious children. Surrogate tapping can help parents or care givers to feel empowered and fully connected with their child, whilst using a very gentle and calming technique.
I am also a certified Trauma Tapper with the Peaceful Hearts Network and I use this technique with children and adults alike, to give first aid for trauma, stress and anxieties.
